Santiago de Cuba got the name of the most Caribbean city. It is not important how rich is the history of Santiago de Cuba, but it is very important when you come here you will never forget those feelings of the city and its unique atmosphere. To get acquanted with Santiago de Cuba you should visit 2 places: Dolores square, where people come to have a rest under the trees and its shadows. The second – Sespedes park which is considered to be the main cultural center of the Santiago de Cuba. It is circled with Diego Velasquez home, the former city hall, cathedral and the hotel “Casa Granda”.

You have to walk through the meandering streets to enjoy the beautiful landscapes which are opened when you go down to the sea. There are many museums, parks, hotels in Santiago de Cuba. Festivals like Bolero and Son take place in Santiago de Cuba.

Travelling plan in Santiago de Cuba: go to the historical center from Sespedes park to the Troubadours Home and then to the Tivoli district. It is better to rent a car. It can save your time and allows to visit more places: San Pedro de la Roca del Morro fortress, military park in the name of Loma de San Juan; La Grand Piedra; natural park Bakonao. In outskirts you will find the basilic devoted to the Virgin Caridad del Cobre, it is patroness of Cuba. In the evening you may stay at Casa Grande hotel in Santiago de Cuba.
